1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the RedHope mobile application or website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RedHope. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

2. Eligibility

To use RedHope, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information; keep your password confidential; notify us immediately of any unauthorized use; and take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. One person may only maintain one active account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent blood requests.
• Provide false information about your blood type, health status, or donation eligibility.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users through the chat feature.
• Solicit money or any form of compensation for blood donations.
• Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the platform.
• Use automated systems or bots to scrape data or flood the platform.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

5. Donor Responsibilities

• You will only commit to donations that you are medically eligible to make.
• You will be honest about your health history, medications, and conditions that may affect eligibility.
• You understand that the final eligibility assessment is made by qualified medical staff at the donation site.
• Committing to a donation and not showing up may cause serious harm. Only accept requests you genuinely intend to fulfill.
• You will not donate blood in exchange for any form of payment or reward.

6. Medical Disclaimer

The RedHope platform is a communication tool that connects blood donors and recipients. We do not provide medical diagnoses or treatment recommendations, verify the medical accuracy of blood requests, guarantee the safety or outcome of any donation, or replace the role of licensed medical professionals. All donation activities must be conducted under the supervision of qualified healthcare professionals.

7. Intellectual Property

The RedHope name, logo, app design, code, content, and all related materials are owned by or licensed to RedHope and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or use our trademarks without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RedHope shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of data, revenue, or profits; any medical outcomes resulting from blood donations arranged through the platform; or actions or omissions of individual users.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent or abusive behavior, or any reason we deem necessary to protect users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
